Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Custom or personalized products.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photos of the product, if applicable.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.

Return Shipping Cost:
The return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered by us.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we will send a replacement after receiving the returned item. Exchange is subject to product availability.
